Equality, where is it leading ?

In recent months, we have heard the phrases “equality” and “diversity” more frequently.
I’m still trying to figure out what the TRUE meaning is from the perspective of people attempting to impose these views on the entire population.
Bullying and the acceptance of one’s feelings by society are two major elements that are being exploited as the objective of this scenario.
Let me start with bullying and LGTBIQ people. So we’re claiming that persons who identify as LGTBIQ are bullied because society doesn’t accept them for who they are.
In order to “include” these people in society, some people are attempting to reshuffle the entire system in order to give these people who feel rejected an opportunity.
Without a doubt, I agree that everyone should have access to education, employment, and other necessities in order to live their lives; however, what is wrong is the way these issues are being addressed, and the attempt to oppress others, particularly children, in order to achieve something that, in my opinion, already exists.
Bullying has been around for generations (since kingdoms existed).
To erase Male and Female in order to include everyone, in my opinion, is utterly ridiculous!
I was bullied in school because I was overweight, so any mention of weight would offend me. Individuals raised by a single parent may also be bullied, thus the term “parents” is not permitted. Is this what we are saying ?
Having the necessary assistance for everyone confronting life’s hardships is crucial, but attempting to fit EVERYONE in the same shoe is IMPOSSIBLE.
What is happening is that by attempting to “include” someone, we are affecting everyone else! That is not inclusion; that is picking and choosing what you think is appropriate while excluding the rest.
Another example: we want to incorporate women and provide them equal opportunity in the workplace, so we decided to put them in Parliament on that principle, despite the fact that some of them do not even know what they are working on. This is producing severe issues due to their lack of knowledge and awareness of how to handle specific circumstances.
I am a woman, and I would not aim to be in control of something I know nothing at all about. I believe I should be in that position because I have the required skills not simply because I am a woman. This applies also for man. It is not about being a man, woman, bisexual, transgender, or whatever; it is about how much skills one has on that specific position.
What about a nurse from another country who doesn’t know how to communicate with her patients, but because we want to include this person, we endanger the elderly or other patients who can’t understand what he or she is saying? Is it inclusion or insanity?
When you call customer service and there is someone on the line who you can not understand, you cannot complain because you will be considered a racist!
Some people are attempting to shift the entire perspective of humanity for personal reasons, and one must remain vigilant on where all of this is headed. Inclusivity? What more should we include in the human race, I question?
