Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister Doctor Christopher Fearne MP is being investigated by Kenneth Rijock, a Financial Crime Consultant and Blogger, after being exposed in Pakistan‘s mainstream media with a scandal involving payments related to a 2015 agreement in which Sri Ram Tumuluri’s firm, Vitals Global Healthcare (VGH), won a privatisation tender to administer three hospitals in Malta despite having no relevant experience.
Rijock in his blog earlier this month wrote that “Carmen Ciantar is a known front for Fearne, as she is said to have been in an intimate relationship with him. She is a canvasser for Fearne, which means she is a political adviser who is tasked with securing votes for Fearne, through any means possible in Malta’s corrupt political structure. His statements, to the effect that he is distancing himself from her, and her abrupt termination of the plum six figure government position that she holds is damage control, and a poor effort to deny the relationship.”
Rijock concluded his Blog “We send a message to Dr. Fearne, upon whom we have recently completed an investigation: how will you hide the “Palazzo Promontorio” story, when we expose you further? We expect to publish details in the near future; stay tuned.”
