In the last hearing of the constitutional case on the 28th September 2022, Baldacchino vs Superintendency of Public Health, Profs. Gauci affirmed the following under oath:
1. No due diligence was performed on the Covid vaccine manufacturer companies prior to ordering vaccines.
2. No spot checks/tests were carried out on the vaccines
3. Public procurement procedures were not followed when purchasing the vaccines
4. No social, psychological or economic impact assessments of Covid measures were carried out before decisions were made on what measures to make obligatory.
