Questioning Bio labs in Ukraine

The permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations (UN) office in Geneva has stated that the substantial and very hazardous biological military weapons and research programs revealed in Ukraine indicate to the nation becoming a bioweapons playground for NATO.

According to Gennady Gatilov, is supported by the United States (a.k.a. taxpayers), notably the Pentagon’s Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Others are sponsored and supervised by Germany’s Foreign Ministry and Armed Forces, implying a high level of NATO member participation in the plan.
“In particular, more than 10,000 samples were sent to the Lugar Center in Georgia. Recipients also include a reference lab in the United Kingdom, where 773 samples were sent, as well as Germany’s Leffler Institute. It’s worth noting that documents confirm that Germany was implementing its military biological program in Ukraine, which was aimed at studying the potential of deadly diseases, such as Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever, in Eastern Europe,” Gatilov pointed out.
Meanwhile, BBC said that there is no evidence that: the US funds biological weapons research in Ukraine.
“Russia has accused the US and Ukraine of working with “pathogens of dangerous infections” in 30 laboratories across the country. Pathogens are microorganisms that can cause disease.” Published BBC on their website on March 15.
BBC News has been unable to independently verify the documents cited by General Kirillov.
The WHO has told BBC News that it had advised Ukraine to destroy high-threat pathogens stored at the country’s public health labs to prevent “any potential spills” that would spread disease among the population.
March 18, The Independent published “The US government has admitted there are several such facilities in Ukraine funded by Washington that do research on deadly pathogens, albeit from a preventative perspective rather than to create a weapon.”
Reuters also published an article ” EXCLUSIVE WHO says it advised Ukraine to destroy pathogens in health labs to prevent disease spread”
So whit all this controversy one asks, are these Biolabs still operating, and what pathogens are being studied?
