Kenneth Rijock’s updates regarding Fearne’s Scandal

Kenneth Rijock, a Financial Crime Blogger who just released a blog about Fearne’s Scandal, wrote another blog today with further details about the “Palazzo Promontorio” scenario.
According to Rijock, Palazzo Pomontorio  was separated into two luxury residences by the new owner, who purportedly purchased it for investment purposes. One of the two properties is allegedly intended for ownership by Deputy Prime Minister Fearne’s daughter, who cannot afford to buy any portion of the property, which is worth many millions of Euros.
“Not coincidentally, the builder has allegedly been involved in several major hospital construction projects, all of which were Doctor Fearne’s domain as Minister of Health. Most legal observers regard the property transfer as a kickback to Fearne for steering what was significant business to the contactor. ” Rijock states.
He further stated that Fearne will most likely not be charged with these claimed charges as Rijock described Malta’s judicial system corrupted.
Kenneth Rijock has wrapped up his blog post writing, “Whether he can survive the multiple charges politically remains an open question; given the rampant corruption in Malta’s judicial system, he will probably never be charged, but whether the Labour Party will find a way to remove him from office is unknown. Given Malta’s long and sordid history of political violence, involving the use of the brutal Maltese Mafia, we wonder whether he has taken precautions regarding his personal security.”
