Andrew Zammit Soler – Embracing freedom of the mind.

Embracing the freedom of the mind is akin to tending a garden; what you sow, you reap. Cultivating positive and empowering thoughts yields optimism in life. As a hypnotist, my approach is rooted in
unconditional positive regard. I aim to help individuals overcome negative beliefs, self-images, and life blockages.
Hypnosis isn’t magic; it’s a natural mental state, akin to driving on autopilot. Contrary to misconceptions, it’s not about mind control but about suggestion and influence. Stage hypnosis is more about psychological phenomena like peer pressure than supernatural power.
My focus lies in aiding those seeking purpose, positivity, and spiritual connection. Through techniques like past life regressions and stress relief sessions, I facilitate self-improvement journeys.
My journey with hypnosis began at 17 when I used it to lose weight successfully. This experience ignited my belief in its potential for personal growth. Since then, I’ve integrated self-hypnosis into
my life, continually evolving and leveraging its power for my well-being.
In essence, hypnosis isn’t about coercion or spectacle; it’s a tool for self-improvement and empowerment.
The phenomena witnessed in stage hypnosis, often attributed to mystical powers, can be more accurately explained by psychological factors such as peer pressure and ego-boosting through confidence suggestion. However, my personal journey with hypnosis transcends mere spectacle.
When faced with profound loss, hypnosis became my lifeline, leading me to embrace distance learning. Through diligent study and practice, I honed my skills in hypnosis, NLP, and metaphysics,
gradually rebuilding myself and expanding my horizons. Practising hours and hours in the UK and with hundreds of people to hone my hypnotic craft The Universe has blessed me endlessly and I will bless you too if you trust the unfolding of your life.
Despite facing discouragement from university professors in Malta, I persisted in believing in myself. Their skepticism only fueled my determination to prove them wrong. Today, I’m grateful for
the confidence I’ve cultivated and the ability to inspire and benefit others through my teachings. So, are we truly influenced by hypnosis? It seems like you’re discussing the influence of hypnosis on our beliefs and behaviors, particularly in relation to politics, media, and personal interactions.
Here’s a revised version:

Are we influenced by politicians, media, and those around us? The answer is yes. When something impacts our subconscious mind, it can lead to a form of hypnosis, shaping our beliefs and actions.
Hypnosis itself isn’t necessarily negative; it’s about being aware of its influence.
Being conscious of hypnosis can empower us. It’s essential to critically evaluate what we hear and not let emotions cloud our judgment. Our beliefs, both positive and negative, are often formed in
our early years when we’re highly suggestible.
Therefore, it’s crucial to be mindful of what we communicate to children. Words and actions can deeply affect their self-perception and beliefs. Encouraging self-improvement and positive thinking
is key.
Critical thinking isn’t just about being cynical but also about finding ways to enhance our lives and contribute positively to our communities. We’re all interconnected, and fostering a mindset of
abundance can lead to collective success.
A practical technique is to visualize positive outcomes before sleep. As we enter a relaxed state, akin to hypnosis, our subconscious mind is more receptive. Avoiding negative influences before bed
is vital, as our subconscious shapes our reality.
Ultimately, taking charge of our subconscious through positive reinforcement and mindful reflection can lead to personal growth and a more empowered mindset. In hypnosis, confidence and charisma are paramount. It’s not about performing tricks but about exuding assurance and magnetism. Similarly, influential politicians often possess these qualities, albeit unknowingly, allowing them to hypnotically influence others, particularly when they establish rapport.
Rapport, essentially a feeling of connection or similarity, is crucial. If you support a political party and its leader, there’s instant rapport. Your beliefs align, and you anticipate mutual benefit. Consequently, their words carry weight and sway your opinions.
To counter this, it’s essential to think independently and strive for personal growth. By becoming the best version of yourself, you’re less susceptible to external influences and better equipped to
make informed decisions.
